Expose: HyperCrush

Expose: Hyper Crush
Donny Fontaine, Holly Valentine, Preston Moronie
Hyper Crush! This group Hyper Crush broke ground in 2007 with the release of "The Arcade", their first album. Lets answers some Who, Whats, Wheres, and Whys;
  • Who: Hyper Crush(Donny Fontaine[stud master rapper], Holly Valentine[makes the music videos even more worth watching, and co-singer], Preston Moronie[bad ass keytarist/better than LMFAO][don't get me wrong I like LMFAO])
  • What: Electro/ Dance/ Pop (arcade sounding music and Ke$ha on steroids)
  • Where: From the best place on earth CALI. L.A.!
  • Why: Because they make for a good show and awesome effects, cool wardrobe, and sick beats and voice.
So why am I talking about them? Because I feel they are one move away from making it even bigger than they already are, and I want to be the first to recognize it. If you listen to their music there's no reason for you not to like it, unless your completely against the existence of electro and dance and in the 'Anti-Fun Cult'.
One of the great things about their music would have to be the music videos. The colors, the scenery, the lights, the plot, the original "tech" that makes techno today. It's great because it brings the classic back to us today. I really hope to see them more mainstream but they're really independent and you can recognize it with out a doubt  with the free expression they exhibit in their music. So there's no misunderstanding they have been in the spot light, they were at NYE at the San Diego County Fairgrounds along side a personal favorite, world sensation in the music world, Afrojack. They have an upcoming show in China (international) and therefore I believe they really have a shot at it. So why don't you call your local station and make a request? I will link their shows! Enjoy and Appreciate!

Olympia; Where does it stand today?

Olympia; Where does it stand today?
Olympia 2011 September 15-18

For those with the same question or those new to the term "Olympia";)
I have come  to a conclusion. It's 2011 and Olympia has been a long time running, 46 years strong[haha]. At this point I question whether or not this event will ever be accepted by those outside the bodybuilding culture. I believe until The Olympia is accepted , bodybuilding wont be accepted. Why is it so important for the common folk to appreciate the posing showdowns of Jay Cutler, Kai Greene, and Warren Branch you ask?...I'll tell you why! BECAUSE THESE FELLOWS AMONG THE REST OF THE OTHER CONTENDERS DESERVE IT! THEY WORK TOO DAMN HARD! Lets get some mainstream media, some articles in every big news paper, because to the bodybuilders that sacrifice and work all year, this is their Olympics. Just like the Olympics it is when several countries come together and put aside the problems and just compete for that Olympia Medal! Let it be recognized for what it's worth.
I would say that what this sport needs is a different view from the general public. The spoken about steroids involved, YES EXIST...SO WHAT! Do you really feel that superior to these world class athletes?
I suggest we go back to Steroids 101! If your as ignorant as to still believe that they can take a minuscule 94 lb. man into a 250 lb. muscle freak, time to check if your brain is still sloshing around up there! Lets say you know better than that, great!
These athletes do not work out less and subtract intensity while on the juice! They do the freaking opposite, buddy!
Now, final thing: Why should anybody care about 250 lb. men in underwear posing in front of thousands of people? For the same reason people have been appreciating Picassos' work since the 20th century, it's some of the most amazingly impossible form of live art. Temporary, mortal and unseen anywhere else outside the days that compile Olympia weekend. Will we forget the art showcase by Arnold Schwarzenegger that sold out beyond capacity? He opened the doors for the bodybuilding culture in America, lets keep that door open!

AFROJACK AND STEVE AOKI COLLAB.

           "NO BEEF":Afrojack and Steve Aoki
"Chinese Red Bull with 'Afroki' Sticker???"
W orld class DJ's Afrojack and Steve Aoki team up for one of the best electro collaborations in this era. Presenting todays top celebrities[Lil Jon, Flo Rida, Chuck Lydell, Holly Madison, Antonio Esfendiari, Phil Laak the Unabomber, The Grinder Mizrachi, Dan Fleyshman, Jesse Waits, Las Vegas, XS Night CLub, Encore Beach Club],humor, partying, attractive women as well great music. This video is so well accepted that at 34,000 views it will be remembered as the hit that topped of the last days of summer. And this is exactly what we all wanted aside from "Give Me Everything",and "Take over Control"being epically played on radio stations world wide(skyrocketing on the Billboard's Top 100) it is one of Afrojack' and Steve Aoki' most creative mixes. One of the great things of this music video for one is we don't get to see Afrojack much in music videos where he's the star and we were exposed to him in a way we don't usually see him, acting as a clown haha . Not to mention the attractive logo that has everyone's wondering where to get their hands on, Afroki, (Afrojack+Aoki). Now the next question we're all asking..."When will it go mainstream, IF, it goes mainstream?". The response is simple: OF COURSE IT'S HITTIN' MAINSTREAM! HAVE YOU NOT BEEN HEARING AFROJACK BLOW UP ON THE RADIO THIS SUMMER! It was uploaded 2 days ago by Ultra Records on YouTube, its the end of summer.give it ....a month and it will be your new friend on the car radio =]. This is going to make people very happy! Afrojack and S.A. have been wonderfully bringing electro out of the shadows of the disaster of ''Hip-Hop" and drawing people in from everywhere.
<3 LONG LIVE ELECTRO! <3
